Supreme Court stands on its first decision: TRO on Arroyo

The Supreme Court maintained its decision on giving Arroyo the TRO for her to travel for her medical needs. In addition, Department of Justice Leila de Lima is ordered to explain herself for not honoring the Supreme Court's TRO released last wednesday.
